Es teler is a fruit cocktail in Indonesia. It consists of avocado, coconut, grass jelly, jackfruit and other fruits. It is typically served with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar and a tiny amount of salt. The dish is created by Murniati Widjaja in 1982 who was asked to create a national drink for Indonesia.
