Roti Canai, a unique form of the Indian roti is a flaky puffed pancake served with a side of curry and dhal for dipping and washed down with a strong, hot, sweet teh-tarik (Malaysian style tea).
Malaysian cuisine is not one particular distinction of food but a culinary diversity originating from its multi-ethnic population of Indian, Chinese and Malay. The food here at Chennai is combination of favourites from these origins.
