Malacca Straits is a restaurant which serves both Malaysian and Chinese cuisine. 

The head chef, Chef Tan previously worked for two other famous Malaysian restaurants in Sydney - The Malaya and Neptune Palace. He's also formerly the Executive Chef of Malaysian Airlines, the national carrier of Malaysia.
